‘Mavia’s Heroes’ Distributes Tokens to 100,000 Gamers and Ethereum NFT Owners

'Heroes of Mavia' Airdrops Token to 100,000 Gamers, Ethereum NFT Owners

Heroes of Mavia, a newly launched mobile strategy game, has just introduced its MAVIA token and has distributed an airdrop to 100,000 players, as well as holders of approximately 10,000 Ethereum NFT land plots within the game.

The MAVIA token, which debuted on the Ethereum platform earlier this week, has experienced a 36% surge in value, currently priced at almost $3.10, according to data from CoinGecko. Exchanges such as Bybit and Crypto.com have reported approximately $95 million in trading volume, with a current market cap exceeding $92 million.

Developed by Skrice Studios, Heroes of Mavia is an iOS and Android strategy game similar to the popular mobile game, Clash of Clans. What sets it apart is the integration of the MAVIA crypto token and the inclusion of NFT land plots within the game.

Since its release last week, Heroes of Mavia has garnered over a million downloads. The studio initiated an airdrop program for 100,000 players who linked their game account to the Heroes of Mavia website, and all spots were quickly filled prior to the token launch.

Additionally, individuals who own the Ethereum land plots and participated in NFT staking programs from early 2022 will also receive a portion of the MAVIA tokens.

Skrice Studios has secured over $8 million in funding, with financial backing from prominent entities such as Binance Labs, Crypto.com Capital, and Animoca Brands. This demonstrates a strong backing within the crypto and NFT industry, positioning Heroes of Mavia as a significant player in the Web3 gaming space.
