In a Telegram address, DaVinci highlighted the necessity of implementing several checks for the project to achieve its desired success. His core message was directed at community members who hold back on their funds and choose not to utilize Shibarium while expecting others to burn their tokens. He stressed that such behavior resembles actions of scammers and urged community members to actively participate in sustainability efforts.
By encouraging the use of Shibarium, DaVinci emphasized that increased adoption of the platform will generate fees, positively impacting the burn campaign. He explained that the deflationary model of Shibarium is manual, where members send SHIB to a designated burn address. Despite this, DaVinci confirmed the imminent release of ShibaSwap and the intention to double down on the overall burn rate.
DaVinci reiterated the importance of SHIB holders actively contributing to burns, as every dollar used for burning originates from the community. He emphasized that active participation is crucial and suggested that requesting burns without using Shibarium may be seen as engaging in scam-like behavior.
To achieve sustainability for the protocol, DaVinci advocated for the religious usage of Shibarium, emphasizing its role in generating enough SHIB demand to justify the need for burning once the burn portal goes live. He stressed the importance of backing up the burning mechanism with increased demand, making the reduction of supply more efficient with a rise in demand.
